        The Observatory pointed out that high-altitude disturbances will bring several showers and thunderstorms to the coast of Guangdong early today, and a northeast monsoon will affect southern China in the next two or three days. At the same time, a broad low-pressure area near Luzon will bring severe rainfall today and tomorrow. It will gradually develop on the day, and then there is a greater chance of moving westward across the central and northern South China Sea. However, its path and development are still uncertain. It is expected that another northern monsoon will affect South China from late this week to early next week. In addition, the tropical Cyclone Bebinca will gradually approach the east coast of China today, then move inland and gradually weaken.
        
        At 2 a.m., Bebinca gathered about 190 kilometers east-southeast of Shanghai and was expected to move west or west-northwest at a speed of about 22 kilometers per hour, gradually approaching the East China coast.
        
        The Observatory predicts that it will be mostly cloudy in Hong Kong today, with a few showers. It will rain heavily and thunderstorms will occur in some areas initially. The minimum temperature will be about 26 degrees, with brief periods of sunshine during the day. The maximum temperature will be about 32 degrees.
