Disneyland opens at 11:30am

        Hong Kong Disneyland Resort announced that after the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 is issued, the park will open at approximately 11:30 a.m. and operate on a limited basis. The Dixin Lake Activity Center will open at approximately 11:30 a.m.
        
        While the strong wind signal No. 3 is in effect, the park's outdoor amusement facilities will be temporarily suspended and will resume operations after the warning signal No. 1 is issued.
