Wisconsin judge found guilty of obstructing
Hannah C. Dugan, a Wisconsin state judge, was found guilty on Thursday of obstructing federal agents, according to media reports. Dugan, who had pleaded not guilty, was charged with helping a man in her court briefly evade immigration authorities.
