Airlines suspend flights between several Middle East destinations

Major Airlines around has cancelled all its flight through and from the Middle East due to the volatile situation.



Garuda Indonesia has temporarily suspended flights to and from Doha "until further notice".



On Sunday, Malaysia's national carrier Malaysia Airlines also announced it had suspended all flights to and from Doha, and Saudi Arabia's Jeddah and Madinah until 4 Mar, "following continued closure of airspace in parts of the Middle East amid escalating regional security developments".



Other carriers, including Cathay Pacific Air France, Air India, Turkish Airlines, Norwegian, Air Algerie and Lufthansa have also announced widespread cancellations.



Russia's air transport authority Rosaviatsia said it was cancelling all commercial flights to both Israel and Iran in the wake of the strikes "until further notice".



Air India suspended flights to all destinations in the Middle East.
