Qatari PM says will seek de-escalation with Iran

Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani said in an interview with Sky News aired on Sunday that his country will continue to seek de-escalation with Iran.



"We will continue talking to the Iranians, we will continue trying to seek de-escalation," the prime minister said in the interview.



"What happened ‌is really a huge shake-up for the ⁠trust ​in the relationship that we have ⁠with Iran," ⁠he added.
