Two foreign men were arrested for pickpocketing

Two foreign men were arrested for pickpocketing other people's mobile phones.



The police received two reports last Friday, indicating that mobile phones were suspected of being stolen in Sham Shui Po. After checking a large number of CCTVs and conducting investigations, the police arrested two people in Sham Shui Po last Saturday for suspected pickpocketing. They were a 53-year-old Vietnamese man holding a street permit and a 28-year-old Mongolian man holding a passport. They are being detained for investigation.



One of the arrested men targeted blind people for pickpocketing. The police strongly condemned this crime against the vulnerable groups in society.
