A hotel staff in Mong Kok was attacked and stabbed

A wounding case occurred in a hotel in Mong Kok. A male staff member was attacked and sent to the hospital with a knife wound on his hand. The assailant fled.



The scene was the Grandview Hotel on Lai Chi Kok Road. At around 11 o'clock in the evening, a male staff member was attacked by a suspicious man with a knife on the back staircase while patrolling the hotel. The male staff member's hand was cut by the knife. The suspicious man fled after the attack. Police officers and paramedics were called to the scene after receiving the report, and the injured male staff member was sent to Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment.



Police officers searched the area near the hotel and checked the CCTV afterwards. No one has been arrested yet. The police classified the case as a wounding case and followed up.
