Man arrested for using his mobile phone to film up a woman's skirt

Police conducted an anti-crime patrol at Mong Kok MTR station last night and observed a man using his mobile phone to film up a woman's skirt on an escalator.



After preliminary investigation, police arrested the 51-year-old local man, surnamed Zhai, on suspicion of "illegal filming or observation of private parts." He is currently being detained for investigation. The case is being handled by the Mong Kok District Criminal Investigation Team 7.
