Woman bitten on foot by wild boar while camping at Tai Mo Shan

A woman was attacked by a wild boar while camping at Tai Mo Shan in the early hours of the morning and was bitten on the foot.
The incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. The 29-year-old woman and several friends were hiking in Tai Mo Shan and then camped at the summit near Myoko Terrace. During the incident, a wild boar attacked the tent and bit the woman's foot before fleeing. After she reported to the police, rescue workers climbed up the mountain to treat her and assisted her to fall down the mountain and take her to Yan Chai Hospital by ambulance for treatment. The victim was able to walk into the hospital by herself.
