Education Bureau: All morning schools and full-time schools are closed today

The Education Bureau announced that as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is now in effect, all morning and full-time schools will be closed today.
If the Observatory changes the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 to 10:30 am, afternoon and evening classes of primary and secondary schools will resume classes today.
If the Observatory changes the signal number 1 before 10:30 am, or cancels all tropical cyclone warning signals, all afternoon and evening schools will resume classes today.
