Kowloon East Regional Stormtrooper Ngau Tau Kok arrests a "drug man"

The Stormtroopers of the Kowloon East Region were conducting an anti-crime patrol in the area of Ting On Street in Ngau Tau Kok last night. During the patrol, they found a man acting suspiciously and stopped him for an investigation. Later, they found 70 pills of suspected heroin on the man, weighing About 22 grams, with a market value of about NT$13,000. After preliminary investigation, the 72-year-old local man named Law was arrested on suspicion of "drug trafficking" and is currently being detained for investigation. The case was handed over to the First Team of the Sau Mau Ping Police District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up. The police reiterated that "drug trafficking" is a serious crime. Once convicted, the maximum penalty is a fine of NT$5 million and life imprisonment. Members of the public must not take action against the law.
