New phase of the HOS five-estate estate is priced at 7% off the market price.

        The Housing Authority’s subsidized housing committee met today to discuss the sale arrangements for the new phase of public housing. It is understood that the Housing Authority will launch the new phase of public housing for sale in the fourth quarter, comprising a total of 7,132 units across five estates.
        
        The pricing will be set at 70% of the market price, and the green form (for eligible applicants) to white form (for non-eligible applicants) ratio will be maintained at 4:6.
        
        The cheapest and most expensive estates are both located in Kai Tak, namely Kai Yip Estate with a minimum price of HKD 1.43 million and Kai Ying Estate with a maximum price of HKD 4.67 million. The other four estates are Ap Lei Chau Estate in Kwun Tong, Yu Hing Estate in Tung Chung, Siu Ho Estate in Tuen Mun, and Ko Hei Estate in Yau Tong.
