Gov't urges citizens to be vigilant against fake applications

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office of the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau urges citizens to be vigilant and beware of mobile applications impersonating the office.
A spokesperson for the office said that recently, mobile applications with the office's name and logo were found again, circulating online and available for download. The office stressed that it has no relationship with the application in question and urged citizens to be vigilant and not to log in or download it.
The office also pointed out that it has never provided any application related to the construction of the Greater Bay Area on any online platform, and the incident has been referred to the police for follow-up.
