The Observatory will change to strong wind signal No. 3 at 10:20 a.m.
The Observatory stated that Tropical Storm Tochi is now closest to Hong Kong, passing within about 150 kilometers south of Hong Kong. It is expected that Tropical Storm Tochi will weaken and move away from Hong Kong, and local winds will gradually ease during the day today.
