MTR train and light rail frequency will gradually increase

        The MTR Corporation stated that as the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the strong wind signal No. 3 will be changed to 10:20 a.m., MTR trains and light rail services will gradually increase in frequency later to cope with the increased passenger volume.
        
        MTR bus services will gradually resume after signal No. 3 is issue
        
        The cut-off time for urban check-in services currently remains 120 minutes before flight departure until further notice.
        
        The High Speed ​​Rail (Hong Kong Section) maintains normal services, and the MTR Corporation will continue to coordinate with the Mainland railway units on corresponding train service arrangements based on weather conditions in the two places.
