The Immigration Department reported that as of 9:00 last night, nearly 520,000 people had entered the country, of which 385,000 were Hong Kong residents, and more than 413,000 people had left the country.



The Christmas holiday is over, and the Immigration Department predicts that yesterday will be the peak number of arrivals. The Immigration Department stated that as of 9 o'clock last night, the total number of entries and exits at various ports exceeded 930,000, of which nearly 520,000 entered Hong Kong, and 385,000 Hong Kong residents returned to Hong Kong. There were more than 130,000 visitors to Hong Kong, with the largest number of visitors entering through Lo Wu Port and Lok Ma Chau Control Point.



As for outbound travel, there were more than 413,000 people.
