White House says Ukrainians determine governance

Governance in Ukraine is determined by its constitution and the people of the country, a White House National Security Council spokesperson said on Thursday, when asked for a response to reported remarks by Russian President Vladimir Putin suggesting a temporary administration for Ukraine.
