The Palestine Red Crescent Society said that Israeli forces killed one of its staff and injured three others on Sunday during a strike on the organization's headquarters in Khan Younis.
The group posted a video on the social platform X, showing "the initial moments" of the Israeli attack on its Khan Younis headquarters, which sparked a fire in the building, with the floors covered in rubble.
"One Palestine Red Crescent Society staff member was killed and three others injured," it said.
According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, eight staff members from the Red Crescent, six from Gaza's civil defense agency and one employee of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees were killed during an Israeli attack in southern Gaza in March.
The Health Ministry in the Hamas-run territory has reported more than 60,000 deaths in Gaza, mostly civilians, since the conflict began nearly two years ago.
Sunday's incident came two days after U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff visited a U.S.-backed aid station in Gaza to inspect efforts to get food into the besieged Palestinian territory.
