South Korea summons Russian ambassador

South Korea's foreign ministry summoned on Friday the Russian ambassador to the country to protest a treaty signed between Russia and North Korea during Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Pyongyang earlier this week, according to a Reuters witness.
