Hong Kong Customs Police Held Man on Drug Trafficking at HK Airport

Customs officers yesterday cracked a drug trafficking case involving an inbound air passenger at the airport, seizing approximately 14 kilograms of suspected cannabis buds, with an estimated market value of about HK$2.7 million.



A 34-year-old male passenger arrived in Hong Kong yesterday from Bangkok, via, Brunei.



Customs officers discovered the suspected cannabis buds in his checked luggage during clearance.



The case is still under investigation.
